Egyptian Frieze

This frieze encapsulates all the glory and bravado of French wallpaper at the outset of the 19th century. With its abstracted graphic design, the arsenical Scheele’s green contrasted with lilac and orange and bold delineations of black it is deceptively modern. It serves as a perfect foil to a plain green paper, perhaps with Ribbon Border as a dado trim.
