Palme Mirror

Reproduced faithfully from a 19th Century original design, this broadly proportioned and well drawn wall mirror exhibits exceptional movement in the carving, with boldly carved palm leaf giltwood frame enclosing a lightly aged and sensitively ‘foxed’ mirror plate. Here photographed in an antique giltwood finish.
