Montelupo - Naples Yellow

The late Renaissance in Italy brought with it the richness of colour and design from foreign lands. This great enlightenment influenced all forms of arts and architecture, including ceramics for daily life. Our Montelupo design is taken from a small detail from the renowned apothecary pots produced at the Montelupo factory in the 17th century. The wallpaper captures this wonderful free style of painting in a fresh and dazzling way, forming an overall pattern of flowers and leaves.
