Lilac Lamp

While Robert Kime was travelling in Turkey he spotted a wonderful Kandelli print that was being worn as a headscarf by a woman sitting in front of him on a bus in Ankara. The textile shows an old original woodblock print once found throughout the old Ottoman Empire. This pattern was taken to design the existing Lilac Lamp fabric.
